I am an Australian, Seahawk loving, P!nk obsessed, mother of 4.  

I've spent half my life here in the US, and all my life loving photography.  My dad introduced me to photography, and ignited the fun I have in freezing time.  

 

  It’s in the family and the genes. When I became a parent, I saw how quickly time passes.  Kids grow up way too fast… then all we have is photos and memories.  So I got serious about capturing my sons’ in photos.  It’s not about making them all sit properly, back’s straight and smile at the camera.  Let them be themselves.  Don't cover up that fake tattoo that shows what they were in to at that point of their childhood; let them have their favorite toy with them.   Don’t get me wrong, getting those adorable angel wings on your daughter, or the top hat on your son is also important!  When will they let you do that again?!

It's that Split Second that I want to capture.  The one that the eye often misses.  
  The kiss of the bat to the ball, as your child hits a double, when your daughter makes an assist at her soccer game, or your son makes their first 'down' in football.  Not only is the action captured, but the child’s expression, their concentration and effort.  THIS excites me.

We cant go back in time to re-create or capture those, or any moments in life, so let me capture them for you.
